In the event of merchandise failure, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion.
If you do not want a replacement, for 
any reason, we will issue a merchandise credit less 25% restock fee.
The merchandise must be returned in the same condition, with a valid receipt (excluding electrical parts).

You cannot return an engine, transmission, or electrical part for merchandise credit.
